Yaya Girls 5km Cross Country Race - 05.04.15
The Yaya Girls is proud to announce that on April 5th at 9am they will be hosting a 5km cross-country race to recruit a new class of Yaya Girls, while also raising awareness and money. They are greatly indebted to four sponsors for making the race a reality.
The race will start and finish on the territory of the Yaya Village hotel, which is also the home of the Yaya Girls. It will be a 5km Cross Country race open for athletes, running enthusiasts and novice runners alike, looking to escape the city and enjoy their Sunday morning. There will also be a short 500 meters kids race at the start of the event and because of the upcoming Easter holidays, after the run there will also be an Easter egg hunt for any children, making it a half-day activity for the whole family.

In the week after the race we will interview the top 25-30 finishers of the race, helping us find the best fit for our goal of empowering at risk girls. We start at 9AM sharp and we hope to see you there!
