CONGO FASHION WEEK is a national event created by Marie-France Idikayi in 2011 in order to promote Congolese and African fashion, upcoming and established designers to the fast ever growing international market.
There is an emerging market for fashion in heart of Africa, Congo wants to be a part of that expansion. This is far more than just clothes presented on the runway, it is the implementation of the Congolese dream: the fashion business!
