AFRICAN FUSION PRESENTED BY LAVINO MODA - 09.05.15
Lavino Moda presents AFRICAN FUSION an Artistic Fashion show featuring a live ethnic African dance performance at Lacey Contemporary this May. AFRICAN FUSION is part of the exciting events program for Transcending Boundaries a three-week exhibition of African Art at Lacey Contemporary curated by Aabru Art and featuring 35 West African Artists. The Transcending Boundaries exhibition will form the perfect backdrop to this unique event, which features curated collections from emerging African Designers and a live performance from renowned African dancer Diene Sagna – all presented by Lavino Moda Productions.
Guests of this event will be treated to drinks throughout the evening, and exclusive access to new collections from emerging designers including London-based designers Eki Orleans, Bestow Elan, Giberky, and Thora Jewels. Throughout the night, Diene Sagna will present unique dance and drumming performances, highlighting the thriving culture of West Africa. AFRICAN FUSION is a one-off event presented by Lavino Moda Productions especially for theTranscending Boundaries exhibition.
