Established in 2011 AFWL has showcased over 200 contemporary African Designers to a global audience of over 40,000 visitors. AFWL acelebrates London’s unique and diverse cultural heritage, topped with the flamboyant mixing of Western and African culture through fashion at the same time promoting Africa’s rich ethnic culture and interpreting it into contemporary designs.
