YellowWood Adventures specialises in adventure travel in Ethiopia where the company was founded three years ago. Partnering with Ethiopian musicians, chefs and artists, we take you on a journey across a rich cultural heritage of sound, taste and adventure.

Food in depth:
Included with your ticket are the following four dishes, all served on injera, the savoury pancake made from the super-grain teff:
1. Beyaynetu - the combination of many vegetarian wats - including yellow split, spinach, lentils & mixed veg
2. Tibs - roasted meat seared with spices including mita-mita
3. Doro wat - curried chicken with boiled eggs
4. Shiro - creamy chickpea-based wat: a national favourite!
