We are back on Saturday 18th August with our annual flagship event celebrating African and diaspora music, dance, fashion and art!
We are bringing together the best of African and diaspora culture onto the streets of London with 2 music stages, one youth dance stage, 9 streets and 150 stalls. It is the largest African street festival in the UK, fusing music, dance, food and fashion from across the UK and the African continent.
As a charity, The Africa Centre relies on funding so that we can continue to not only host amazing events like the Summer Festival, but so that we can continue to serve the African and diaspora community by providing them with cultural and educational events, a platform to showcase performances and art, co-working spaces for BAME SME's and social support. The Centre is going through big development changes to ensure we can do even more to help the community and we need your help to do it
Any amount you are able to donate can and will make a huge difference to our work and ensure that The Africa Centre will continue to support African culture, education and enterprise in the UK and be a home-away-from-home for those with connections to the continent long into the future.
