NumbiFest is the Atlanta, Georgia leg of the 2015 Numbi Arts International Film & Arts Festival taking place in London, UK, Hargeisa, Somalia & Atlanta, USA. Artists from three continents come together in the spirit of faith that art can create a common vision toward a just and peaceful world. On Sunday, July 26th Samia Abdullah will welcome local artists at the first Atlanta Numbi Festival to express global perspective and limitless creativity. Ladan Osman will be reading from her new book, The Kitchen Dweller’s Testimony. The Burundi Drummers of Atlanta will have live performance.
In the evening, there will be a film festival featuring short films from local and international filmmakers, including:
